Yesterday - here's the listing...

B :  coffee with splenda and coffee mate X 2; yogurt with kashi cereal
L:  beef roast with gravy and green beans; protein bar
s:  banana, almonds
D:  meat loaf, brussel sprouts, sweet pickle; 1/2 small donut (oops)

Low on protein for the day but skipped my protein shake at night that's usual as of late to try to make up for the donut calories.

Gym for 40 minutes - weights and bike - my jogging on treadmill has my knee actiing up - may not work for me.
