WETEO'S (Whatcha Eating Today Everyone)???
One of the worst eating days I've had in a while....made me really pay attention to the fact that emotions have alot to do with this. sigh. Tomorrow is another day, thankfully.
7:00am Click Shake with 1 c Almond Milk
9:00am 1/2 Turkey Sausage/Egg breakfast bowl
12:00pm finished the breakfast bowl
12:45pm picked at the opened box of Special K Honey Oat cereal grrrr
3:00 and the downfall begins.....several squares of sunflower seed/sesame honey candy all through the afternoon. Was put into a mild coma for a while.
6:00pm 1/2 c basmati rice mixed with curried vegetables
8Pm 1/4 c rice and curry veg, bite of chicken
more honey candy.....ugh. I am giving it to my neighbor tomorrow!!!

On the road all day until dinner time. Kind of a fruity day.
B: Celebrate Complete shake, vanilla
L: 1/3c deli tuna salad, several celery sticks, 1/2c. blueberries
S: 1/3c. tuna salad, more celery, 1/2c. blueberries
D: 3oz. grilled turkey, 1/2c. watermelon, 1/2c. mixed greens w/ berries and 3 pecans, 1 tbsp vinegrette

Morning coffee and then coffee w/a scoop of ON Caramel Toffee Fudge protein (yummy)
breakfast: 1 medium egg, slice cheese, 1 slice ham on a whole wheat toast
Snack: and other protein shake same as above
Lunch: Turkey patty, 1 boiled egg w/salad **NO EGG W/SALAD
Dinner: oboy these is where I always went wrong before: today I'll be having a chicken breast w/some kind of veggie
correction for Dinner: I had about 4 ozs of chicken breast w/broc and 1/2 cup of brown rice
snack: 1 Dannon light & fit yogurt w/fresh strawberries (about 2 of them cut up)

Carb: 69.5
Protein: 139.8
I think I did pretty good...

D: 1 tsp of cottage cheese, 1 serving of liquid egg whites with 1tbsp of shredded cheese and a 6oz sf choc mousse w/protein powder

1/2 cup progresso light beef pot roast
1tsp of jif on a spoon
Ttl cal: 550
Seems like a lot...is it?
