MMM yogurt cheese, easy to make and store!

 hmmm, I went back to look and get the link and that looks like its a number for processes yougurt cheese, after a little seraching I came up with a few more links that show it's more like 3 grams/oz for fresh or homemade.

I will have to look at those links you provided. I never heard of any of those sites (except for about.com, but I didn't know they have a calorie count site).

 No problem, I am a google-aholic LOL about.com is my best friend in everything from knitting to cooking, they always have the answers :) They have THE best crockpot recipe library I have ever been able to find besides the crockpot365 blog, many of them are very WLS friendly too!
