Milk for protein drinks?
We've always made ours with water, or maybe Crystal Light for those freaks who do not think CHOCOLATE RULES THE WORLD (lol).
We signed a contract with our doc, no milk, no sugar.
Don and I had both become lactose intolerant a few years before WLS, so it was kind of a moot issue.
To me, playing with other milky things is playing with fire. But I'm just scared to death to lose my lungs again

I use water. Milk adds too many calories and too many carbs and I'm lactose intolerant now anyway.
