Milk for protein drinks?

We've always made ours with water, or maybe Crystal Light for those freaks who do not think CHOCOLATE RULES THE WORLD (lol).

We signed a contract with our doc, no milk, no sugar.

Don and I had both become lactose intolerant a few years before WLS, so it was kind of a moot issue.

To me, playing with other milky things is playing with fire. But I'm just scared to death to lose my lungs again

I have always used FF milk.  I never liked mine with water.  Everyone is different and my taste buds have changed in so many ways.  I like things I didnt like pre op and I also hate some of my favorite foods post op.

 I use skim milk! It's an additional 8 grams of protein!! :))

 Fat Free Lactaid Milk is 90 calories with 8 grams of protein and no lactose side effects to cause discomfort.  It makes great protein shakes.

Skim/fat-free dairy milk.

I use water. Milk adds too many calories and too many carbs and I'm lactose intolerant now anyway.
