What can I eat after Gastric Sleeve?

Eventually you should be able to eat anything you want. This has a good side and a bad side---on the good side, YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT. On the bad side, YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT. In other words, while the amount of food you can eat at one time will always be limited, it will still be up to YOU to make good decisions about what to eat.

If portion control is all you need, the Sleeve is an EXCELLENT choice!

Yup, as others have told you- you can eat pretty much anything.. I do. I also agree that the sleeve does not seem to work equally for everyone. For me, it has been awesome from the beginning and I wouldn't trade it, but I was a volume eater and never a yo-yo dieter..

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

VSG on 09/24/08

I wasn't a volume eater but I was ravenously hungry all the time. The VSG cured that and now I just eat when I'm hungry and make sure to make good choices most of the time so that I get enough protein and everything is golden.

VSG on 09/20/11

I would like to Thank everyone, you have all given me some very important information. All of it I will consider. I am also a person who is hungry all the time, it seams like after I have eaten a big meal I am still hungry and in turn will then snack. I am hoping that the sleeve will help me this problem, I am hearing from a lot of you on here that has had the sleeve that it had stopped your hunger.
