Earthquake? Who felt it?

Felt it here in the Detroit area. At first thought it was FB til I learned I wasn't the only one who felt it.

We felt it here in Upsatate NY..about 2 hours from the Canadian Border.

Felt it in Cape Cod, bounced my treadmill around a little while I was walking but nothing major.

I am in Southern California and did not feel it... But, don't worry... I have felt plenty of others!!!!!!!

I just hope no one was on the table getting their surgery when it hit!!!  Hard to keep those instruments still when the room is moving.

I was at work.  My keyboard seemed like it was shaking.  I asked my co-worker if she felt it (at first she thought I was going to pass out as I had gotten light headed with her before) then she noticed it as well.  Then I saw my printer start to shake.  The guy upstairs buzzed down to see if we were feeling it and we all determined we best get out of the building. It was a very strange sensation.

I live just a few miles from what was the center of the earthquake. My entire house just shook and shook. I didn't know WHAT was going on because around here you just don't think of earthquakes! It scared me to pieces! We are still having aftershocks, so it's difficult to calm down.

I can do hurricanes and flooding but the west coast can just keep the earthquakes! Speaking of hurricanes, we have THAT this weekend! What a week and it's only Wednesday!

Felt it major here in Norfolk, VA
