18+months out.... What do you eat daily?
I am 18 months out and this is what I have most days.
Early I have a Click protein shake. They are so good and so damn addicting :)
Then for breakfast (right now and this changes every couple of weeks) I have a 1 whole egg and 1 egg white omelet with bell pepper, onion, jalapenos, and mushrooms. A dab of sour cream and salsa on top.
For lunch I usually have a couple slices of turkey and a cheese stick or a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese in a mini thin with a dab of mayo. If I do not feel like either one of those, I have some pintos (I always cook a big pot of pinto beans the first of the week to have on hand when nothing else sounds good. They are a good source of protein and I am spice them up the way I like them :)
For a snack I will have a cheese stick or 2 depending on how I feel.
For supper I almost always cook chicken breast. So I have about 3-4 oz of chicken and part of salad. Most of the time I cut the chicken up in the salad. Or the chicken and a few bits of what ever veggie I make.
Sometimes I have a snack..sometimes not. But that is my day pretty much EVERY SINGLE DAY
I eat 3 meals a day with 2 protein snacks. Some days I can eat more, some days less. Somedays the pouch feel like a bottomless pit..and other days..it feels like it cannot even hold an ounce of food.

Its crazy cause some days I feel like I can eat everything in sight while others it feels like nothing will fit unless I drink it.
I go through a phase where for about 2 weeks i'll do 3-4 shakes a day with a very small dinner and then for the next 1-2 weeks I do 1-2 shakes a day and then eat 2 small meals... While on some weekends I feel like I can eat everything...
I think my pouch is playing games with me or something... i dunno

I've been eating almost the same thing since just over a year out. I adjust my intake to compensate for my activity level. My meals have been and still are protein forward or protein only. My portions are about the same as when I was 18 months to two years out.
Breakfast is: yogurt and a piece of bacon or a couple scrambled eggs with melted cheese.
Snack is usually a cheese stick
Lunch is: cheese stick with ham or turkey wrapped around it
burger or cheese burger with no bun
grilled cheese sandwich or chicken breast and a few veggies.
afternoon snack: cheese stick or beef jerky
Dinner: whatever meat my family's eating - beef, chicken, pork, etc. and a few bites of veggies and once in a while a bite of roll or pasta.
98+ ounces of water daily, coffee, and sometimes a bite or two of chocolate.

Im a little different ....
I start my day with 2 protein teas or coffees with a scoop of isopure (90 calories no carbs or fat ) protein in each ...
then a breakfast - generally an egg white n fat free cheese omelet or some leftover dinner food ....
I LOVE a bIIIG hreakfast ....
rice and beans in SOME FORM is my favorite carb of the day ... I eat several bowlfuls
I make homemade chickpeas in curry ... and fava beans .. with regularity .. also toasted organic brown rice ...
lunch is whatever I can grab on the run at work .... fat free if i can get it . Usually shrimp ****tail from the catering cart .... some kind of low cal salad ..
dinner ? if im still hungry a very lightform of protein - fat free cottage cheese perhaps or a homemade frozen hoemgrown -spinach spanakopita made with fat free cottage , ricotta and feta cheeses .... ( and fillo dough - separated by fatfree promise , flaxseed meal and butter buds ... OH YEAH ! ) ...
ALWAYS red wine because its GOOD for Me
( And my MOOD ) .
I have to say .. I find WLS to WORK even several years post .... if I overeat fat ( yes im human andyes i love buffets and weddings lol ) ... i seem to well ( SH....T) a LOT ofthe damage out ... ( Thank God ) Im LOVING my svelte new shape andthe fact that it STAYS even when i am
shall we say - not so vigilant with exercise ?!
I love eating high fiber , fresh and fat free ... ( just for me ) and also semi raw and semi vegetarian .... for ME it WORKS !!

What kind of $2000/day modeling job has a catering truck. If there is no craft services table, you are slumming.
