X-post. 13% EWL lost in first month.

Total of 13 lbs.  I have a hundred to lose. Kind of did it in two weeks really.  First week after surgery showed a 2 lb loss.  Following two weeks, things sped up a bit, then I hit that 3 week stall and nothing this last week.

Following plan though, and nurse is very happy with me.  Told me to keep doing what I was doing.  Things going smoothly.  Although, I'd be lying if I didn't admit, I'll be happy when the 3 wk stall is over.  I have a flapper costume to fit into for halloween!

Just stay the course and you'll be fine. Your loss pattern is similar to my own... You can see my loss pattern in some of my blog if you would like.
