I have the DS and I have stones.  My urologist told me that most of his female kidney stones patients are RnY patients.  He says that we just can't get in enough citrate.  (And the stuff in your other supplements...calcium citrate, magnesium citrate doesn't count because--if you look at the label--there IS no citrate in there...it just refers to how it's processed.)

I've had lithotripsies several times and ureteroscopy more recently.  I take UroCitK...large doses...and that has help the labs...but a recent body scan showed more stones in the kidney.
