Why so militant?
You know what? There is a big difference between snarky and plain nasty, and plain nasty is what people have often gotten on the MB- people on the other forums talk about "the hateful gang on the Main Board". I have experienced it, and if that is the advice these supposed experienced veterans are offering, I don't want it.
You can be direct and honest without being mean and attacking the person- the vets on the other forums are helpful and honest with GOOD advice without being judgemental. I have YEARS of experience in my often difficult work without having become snarky, let alone nasty.
The TOS is what tells people how to post, that's the agreement to join this site. I support it. If that makes you or others not like me, that's your loss.
