Hi, I will be flying to Florida and I am wondering what would be good to take to eat at airport or on plane. I don't want to rely on airport or airplane food. I will be 4 weeks out and on soft and moist stage. Thanks for any input.

You won't be able to bring any liquids on the planes.  Bring protein powder measured into single serving baggies.  And then you can always ask flight attendants for a cup of water and a stir.  Perhaps packs of tuna, string cheese?

I travel a good amount. What I do is bring my Blender Bottle along with the individual baggies- easier to mix and less messy. I buy low fat or skim milk in the airport. You can also ask for milk from the flight attendant when you are in the air, but often they only have whole milk. I bring string cheese or Vache Qui Rit low fat cheese triangles. Some people like beef jerky, but that won't work at your food stage. I also get yogurt in the airport, though you say you don't want to rely on airport food. But you can't take yogurt through security.

Bon voyage!

The airport will have yogurt or tuna salad. Milk or water. It shouldn't be that long of a flight.
