Off topic but...........
Thank you for your encouraging words. 5 years of every day interaction makes it seem like an eternity. It really does just tear me up inside. I also know that this new journey I will be going on has great things in store for me and my daughter. I'm looking forward to every single one! Thank you for your words!

My heart goes out to you. Time does heal, but it sure doesn't feel like it where you are now. And please make sure you keep taking care of yourself.

"Support fosters your growth. If you are getting enough of the right support, you will experience a major transformation in yourself. You will discover a sense of empowerment and peace you have never before experienced. You will come to believe you can overcome your challenges and find some joy in this world." Katie Jay
I am sooo sorry for you. I know the pain of a break-up is incredibly painful and hard to overcome. But you have already proven yourself to be a strong woman by the choices you have made in the past and the current choices you are making. If he can't see that, you will be better off without him in the long run (even though it does not feel like it now and I am sure it is the LAST thing you want to hear). He gave you the most precious gift anyone can give ~ a beautiful daughter ~ so work on accepting that that may have been the role that God intended for him in your life and work on expressing gratitude for that. You have a great community of support here and we will always be rooting for you!
