NON WL forums?
I never realized how much I enjoyed this forum thing. I check OH several times a day. Can any of you suggest a NON weight loss forum? Sometimes I want to step away from the surgery, food, vitamin talk and just chat. I tried the main and rant forums on here but still mostly about weight.

Most internet forums are organized around particular subjects, although they often has a section for talking about other things. Just pick a topic and google that topic plus forum. You can find parenting forums, pet forums (some of which are for specific pets, like I used to have a leopard gecko and there was a specific leopard gecko forum), hobbies, pregnancy, any health condition you can imagine like migraines or PMS, religion, etc. What you'll find is that some forums are must busier than others. I get bored on forums where you only see a few posts each day. But you can usually see the dates of the last posts so if I see the last post was two days ago, I usually keep looking for another, more active forum.
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
I agree that there should be other topics. I want to see a messege board that says, Proud of my curves! or something. I have decided that I am not going to spend the rest of my life counting calories, counting fat grams, counting carbs, sugar, salt, etc etc etc. I'm just going to eat the darn thing! I may die young, but at least I will die happy!
Do you see the glass as half empty or half full? I say, what difference does it make--I paid for a full glass,so either way I am getting jipped!!!

I plan to keep track of my protein grams per day and stay low fat and sugar but other than that Im not journaling my food. F that

Ull be glad to know that this poster at least hasnt counted a darn THING since way before surgery nor after .
I occasionally get on the scale and get pissed when my love handles overhang my tight jean's waistband and that's IT . Then i try to cut back a little on the eating move a little more and drink more water .
Believe it or not even drinking water helps U lose weight !
