Muffin tops seem to happen when we wear our pants too tight.  Have you tried going UP one size???

I know, I know:  NONONONONO!!

But it's not the number that is important, it's the fit.

Good luck.

A tailor?  Lots cheaper than plastic surgery.

Totally don't need to have anything made bigger at all.

maybe you could try an undershirt such as under armour or a spanks under the t-shirts you like to wear with your pants.  They are not as cumbersum as girdles and it smoothes the lines that are bothering you.  I wear then all the time to slim down my "muffins".

I agree with Elizabeth, though I would not have phrased it quite that way because... I'm not her! :D But yeah, you've had two plastic surgeries and have been told the surgery can sag again and again? I wonder two things here... was your surgeon actually any good or is he/she making excuses for their mistakes? And do you really feel like this will make a huge difference in your life worth the expense, pain, and risk of further surgery? You might also consider trying pants that have different rises; shockingly on my body type (even fat!) lower rise jeans actually cause me LESS muffin top than higher ones. It all depends on your body shape. (Mine is such that average rise jeans tend to fall up under my boobs. Even petite. And I'm not short! I think I am short waisted.)

Anyways good luck at finding happiness whatever you decide.
