Having a Pity Party
I feel so pitified! My doggy had an altercation with a bunny yesterday morning during our 5am walk, and I was the biggest loser...Landed on my face with a twisted knee and wrenched (previously injured) shoulder. Thank the stars the my hubby was with us. Went to work yesterday, but since my job entails a lot of walking, I found it very difficult. Stayed home today because I could barely put weight on it this morning. Gonna have hubby take me to Urgent Care in the morning, but I just feel so pathetic right now. Sooo, hence, the Pity Party!!
Sorry to her that you took a tumble and have some pain as a result. It's hard when we are in pain. Very happy to hear that hubby was nearby to take care of you.
For me, I have horrible feelings of humiliation when something like that happens in front of others. Even hubby dearest.
Hope the doc is able to give you some relief from the pain tomorrow.

WOW sorry you are hurting ... those twist injuries are very painful ...hopefully you just sprained it and did not have any ligamentous injury.... I hope you are resting and taking it easy and are on the mend (((((((((((hugs))))))))))) .... you are entitled to a pity party ... just don't make it last too long ..give it a curfew *smile*....
Hope you feel better soon...

Thanks to everyone for the supportive comments. I really needed to let my frustration out last night and this morning. I went to the Urgent Care today, and it looks like I've torn the cartiledge in my knee, though the shoulder it just sprained. The pain meds have helped. Hopefully, I'll be able to go back to work to Monday.

Excuse me, this is NOT a pity party! You had an accident and hurt like hell!
Hope your knee and shoulder feel better soon!
