PVC's aren't necessarily always bad.  It depends on many, many things.  Many people have the occasional PVC.  A cardiologist will be able to look at your ECG in detail and interpret it.  That's a good thing.  Take care ......

I also had an abnormal EKG before I had my hysterectomy in 2007 -I had to have an emergency stress test (I told the cardiologist, "This sure is stressing me out, so I guess it's a good "stress test"!!) but it turned out fine. They had me come back a month later for an echocardiogram (after my surgery), which was also fine. He told me that sometimes when you are large-breasted, because the leads are farther away from your heart, it makes it look "funny". Also, PVC's can occur in normal people when they are stressed or nervous. Hopefully everything will turn out fine! Good luck -your journey will be worth it!

I don't know how old you are, but I had PVC problems when I started to go through menopause.  I was told they are common in women who have hormonal fluctuations.   I went through the testing , EKG, ect. and everything turned out fine.  After my hormaones settled down the PVC episodes stopped.  I did have a few more a few months after my RNY... probably from the hormones pouring into my body from the rapid weight loss. See the cardiologist...but I wouldn't be too worried.
