 I had a gastric sleeve done 3 weeks ago...... I am struggling with getting enough protein and water in through out the day. I feel like I am always eating!! HELP!!

Need some support!!

He. I can't help you with your qustions because I am pre-op but I didn't want you to feel ignored. I am new here as well and sometimes all you need is someone to talk to. Congrats on your WLS!!!!

Hi! I'm new here too. I don't even have a surgery date yet. I'm about three weeks out before my Dr's office can submit my paper work for insurance approval. I'm so excited for you about your surgery. I don't know much about the sleeve. I'm going to have RNY. Well, I hope you get some support/help with your struggles.
