diabetes remission where is it?

 The diabetes results with VSG are the same as the results you would get on a good diet without surgery at all.  Yeah, you lose weight and it's easier to control, but is it ever really gone?  You gain weight back and it comes right back again.    The DS on the other hand alter the way your body metabolizes food, which has patients off of their diabetes meds within days of their surgery, many before they even leave the hospital.
