It's been a wacky rides of ups and downs but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I've gone from a size 28/30W to a size 10/12 depending on the cut. I've gone from 343 lbs to 190 lbs which isn't exactly where I want to be but I'm determined to get there, one bite at a time, meal by meal, day by day.

I can run about 4 miles but it wasn't so long ago that I couldn't walk 4 steps without having to pull out my asthma pump. Life is good and I'm thankful for mine. I haven't been this healthy in many, many years.

Congrats on the weight loss! Just keep truckin' along! I know this isn't easy--the ups and downs are killer. Trying to be "normal" when with others is one of the hardest things for me... but, I'm not normal! We have different anatomy! And we are probably a lot stronger than most!

Keep up the good work, and keep your chin up! I, too, am approaching my 3rd anniversary. Strangest three years of my life. ;)

Somehow I can relate
Expelling to others why I can't eat sugar, drink with meals, ect is a real pain sometimes. They seem simply clueless as to why my insides are different lol

WTG, it is a hard row to hoe, but so worth the trip.

Just keep working at it and more will come off just slowly.

God Bless you and keep you in his hands on your life journey
