BEGINNER excersize DVD?

Can anyone recommend an excersize DVD program for BEGINNERS?

I started with Pilates. I got a reformer from QVC Aero Pilates and the beginner
DVD. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!!!

I just cant seem to get into aerobics or running, and I am not coordinated enough
to do that Brazilian butt lift dvd.
