You are weighing your self too often if you kno this. :)
The fluids in our body fluctuate. At night we hold onto fluids. We have hormone ADH (nti-diuretic hormone) that makes us hold onto liquid in our bloodstream and tissues, and reduce our urine out put. That's why we pee less at night than during the day. In the morning the ADH reduces and we start pulling the fluid back through the kidneys and peeing it out. Kids that bed wet often have a lack of ADH.
Fluid fluctuations throughout the day are insignificant. They are not a reflection of real weight loss. Weighing your self a little less often, maybe once a week will give you a better over view. A body fat analysis is even better yet. The real goal is reducing our body fat percentage. That can happen with no weight loss if fat reduces and muscle builds. A pound of muscle is a lot smaller than a pound of fat, and more muscle increases your body's metabolism. so the number on the scale is not as important as your body composition.
