Help with a plateau

First of all I just passed the 3rd anniversary of my RNY but lately I've had a lot of trouble losing weight. I've been 190 lbs for over a year. If I managed to drops few pounds the scale would go right back to 190 lbs.

Well I decded to conduct some tests to see WHAT exactly would make the weight start moving. First I increased my protein from about 70-80g to 130-150g....the weight started coming off again but I was afraid it would just come back so to make sure I started reducing my carbs from around 100g to 50g at the most. I've been doing this since April 4th and at that time I weighed 198. Today April 12th I weigh 185.

I don't know if this will help anyone here but I wanted to share just in case. You have to try different things to see what works for YOUR body. Sometimes what the drs tell you to do just doesn't work.
