I think that have meals that used to be Weigh****cher meals.  Now they are called meals under 500 calories.  If you already had surgery you probably can make it 2 or 3 meals.  Leftovers are always good.  :-)

HW 302 lbs SW  279.8 lbs.  CW  193.8 lbs   MFP Jarabacoagirl  Preop diets 22.2 lbs, 1st month 21.2 lbs, 2nd month 14.6 lbs,  3rd month 11.2 lbs, 4th month 7 lbs, 5th month 7 lbs, 6th month 6.8 lbs, 7th month 5.2 lbs, 8th month 4.4 lbs 9 and 10th months slowed down didn't record exactly

108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!

 (86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)

Those are  REALLY good .   Theres  a small steak and shrimp one for like 550  calories .....and  just shrimp skewers  with mango rice or something thats like 350 .

I would definitely have a fresh 80 calorie ceasar salad too .

Usually  I never eat the whole thing at applebees  I take half of it home .

A real indulgence is their half rack of ribs -  a half rack is like 700 calories- but SOO good .

They had some salad with grilled shrimp in it, I picked out all the shrimp and ate a bit of the salad with the dressing dipped.  It was good although I don't recall the name.

opr salad with proteins. No crutons..

The salad with French onion soup sounds real good to me but I'm a little low on protein so a small steak might be in order.

French onion soup is too carby. IMO
And steak will keep you fuller - longer.  Great option.
