PB2

Ok so my store opened a day early and I was able to score 3 jars of PB2. I only bought the regular because the chocolate was almost doj Lethe price and I just couldn't justify spending that much. The regular was $5.99 and the chocolate was 10.99 yikes!

Now that I have some, how much do use in an 8 oz shake? Half a serving or a full serving?

If this is your first time using it, I's suggest you would start with the half-serving, to see how your body tolerates, then ease your way up to a larger serving. I dumped on PB2 the first couple of times, but don't anymore.

I use PB2 in shakes, and also like to swirl into prepared SF pudding-esp chocolate pudding-it saved me from buying the expensive chocolate PB2 !!

Thanks Gina, I hadn't thought about using it in chocolate pudding. How about using it in plain Greek yogurt?

Absolutely!!! I did that just yesterday! I added Spenda, cuz I like it sweeter, but you may not need to. I keep plain greek yogurt around-always-and have it, in some form, everyday

I love PB2 , the chocolate doesn't taste that much different to me.
I eat it plane and have had no problems with it...you got a really good price , I paid 10:99

OMG,OMG I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!

I had it in my lunch shake with 1 scoop isopure zero carb vanilla. Can you say yummy? You guys really kept this a secret for THIS long? I'm a peanut butter fanatic. Now I can get my fix without sabotaging my weight loss efforts . Sooooooooooo good.

I LOVE peanut butter and can't wait until I can find the PB2!
