I eat alot of it. I usually have a smoothie for breakfast with about 4 vegetables and 1 fruit. im wondering just how bad are the carbs in my veggies and fruit and is it something that i should worry about?

Im still not at goal and my weight is basically at a standstill but then it wasnt moving when i wasnt eating fruit either. Just dont know how to eat anymore

Fruit is fine for you.  The honeymoon part of your surgery is over.  Losing any more weight is like before surgery.  You have to eat less and exercise more.  Eating low carb gives a ten percent advantage over other diet plans.  So if you were to lose 10 pounds on a full carb diet, you could have lost 11 pounds in the same amount of time by giving up the bread, pasta, fruit, and other carbs.

To me, it is not worth it.  I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, a small amount of meat and very few of the starchy carbs.   I drink lots of water and I do some exercise every day.

Thank you. I am soooo glad to hear that. I had been having some problems with constipation and the fruit alleviated that, I still have 40 lbs to lose but im happier with my fruit than without it.

IMO - that may depend what fruit it is and what veggies.  Not all fruits are the same and they have various amount of sugar and its effect on our BS and the insulin.  I know that for sure.
There are fruits that I can eat  and eat and eat... and my BS will go up very so slightly and then will drop very so slightly.  Very stable. And there are the fruits that even if I have a little (1/2 serving) - my BS will spike and the drop very low.  And there is the "third" kind... the one I can have some very safely specially when combined with proteins and or fat, but too much may cause a major problem.

for me these are:
1. most berries (safe)
2. starchy fruits, fruits with a lot of sugar: bananas, grapes, melons, pears, oranges
3. apples, grapefruit, clementine,

and the rest is the gray area...  I may get reaction or I may not.

You are the only one who may know how each fruit - or combination affects you...
And moderation is a key.  Too much of anything - is not a good thing.
