okay, this one made me choke up! lol. awesome! congrats to you and way to go dad! I recently accompanied my son on a mother son sledding trip. I didnt have to sit at the top of the hill and watch him go with other moms because i was too big to get back up the hill let alone have both of us fit on the sled. This year we flew down that hill together and ran back up to do it all over again. okay. now i am crying. life is so good. lol

1) Food doesn't control my every thought every day now.
2) My boys can wrap their arms entirely around me. Love those hugs.
3) I have energy that I can hardly contain, I feel so young and vibrate.
4) I can wear heals without being in pain.
5) Crossing my legs, such ease and still find myself smiling when I do it effortlessly.
I could go on and on....the simple things still amaze me.
