1. My high blood pressure is gone
2. I love working out again, especially lifting weights
3. I can run and play with my kids without getting exhausted
4. I have my life back.
5. I had the courage to look for my long-lost love and found him. AND he had just gotten a divorce. God has perfect timing!!

1) I can ride every ride on the boardwalk and at the amusement part without worrying that I will fit! 
2) I am a RUNNER, like I actually run races and don't come in dead last LOL
3) I can run into ANY store and know they will have something in my size, no more worrying about finding a specail store for shoes and cloths! 
4) My life changes have effected my whole family in a postiive way! 
5) I no longer want to just hang out at home, I am happy to always be on an adventure!
