Theragran-M Premier 50 Plus
I have been taking chewables and decided to change to pill form and was looking for a vitamin without iron so I could take it with my calcium, which by the way I'm looking to change to pill form also, so if you have any suggestions, let me know. Anyhow I found theragran-M at Walgreens and it looks like a good vitamin and so far I hav tolerated it well. The following is the vitamins one tablet has (let me know what you think):
