5 DPT...considering doing it but have a Day 1 & 2 question

Thank you Liz! Right...this is used by many RNY'ers to "decarb" and "reset" their tool. Its NOT a fad diet, or a new way of eating. It's more of a detox for RNY'ers and a way to decard and hopefully regain the restriction feeling again.

My question was mainly on the cream soups the site says you can have on Days 1 & 2. I will examine labels better next time and make sure I am choosing low fat and ones with as little carbs as possible.

I just did the 5DPT and I had low fat cream of mushroom soup. I think its a fantastic way to lose those carb cravings. Just remember that canned soup is full of salt.

 Did you try to make the soups? The Pumpkin Sausage is AWESOME!  Very easy and quick to make.

Yes, I 2nd the pumpkin sausage soup.  It is so good, I make it all the time now.
