Weight Loss Pills
Did they work for you, pre-op?
Weight-loss pills don't work any better for us after WLS, and they're certainly no healthier. According to your ticker, you've lost 93 pounds, out of the 118 you wanted to lose. That's better than 75% of your excess weight lost already---and for many people, that's as good as it gets.

Your honeymoon period is coming to an end, and it will get harder to maintain what you have already lost. If there was really a diet pill that worked, nobody would need surgery. I am hoping to see that happen in my lifetime, but it has not happened yet. You need to increase your exercise and start tracking your food. You can get off more weight, but it will not be like right after surgery
What works the best for me is weighing daily. This surgery is notorious for having bounceback weight gain as the honeymoon period ends. Catch weight gain as soon as it happens. Don't let it get a foothold. The better habits you develop now, the easier the longterm journey will be.

A "goal wt" is just an arbitrary number for most--it's something "to shoot for". Not everyone gets to that number. You should likely try to : vary your diet, drink more fluids, mix up your exercises, start exercising if you haven't, journal your foods to spot any bad habits, etc. I'd highly recommend you attend support group meetings--you might get some worthwhile advice there. I never even considered them. That being said, I wasn't concerned with the number on the scale as much as I was clothing sizes. I decided that a size 8 looked good on a woman of my height, so I set my sights there.
