Don't know what to do. Please help.

I don't know if you are ready to try this, but early on I was able to keep this down Stallone pudding, which had 20 grams of protein and 100 calories. Unfortunately, I just took a look before posting this and they don't make it anymore! But I looked further and I read that people are adding protein power to SF/FF pudding and getting their protein in that way. There are lots of powder protein puddings out there to make for a little later.

I'm 7 years out and I still am not thrilled with eating sometimes, and would rather have pudding or yogurt or a shake. But I'll tell you this -- don't judge your choice by 8 days out or even a month. I am the happiest woman on the planet, having been 330 lbs and now being under 150. It too****il 57 to get here -- now I wish I had about 30 years extra to enjoy it!!! Sure, there are days you wonder, "What did I do?" But you just wait. You'll get to the days when you say, "I did the greatest thing I ever could have done for my life and my future." This is the rough part -- do what feels right -- ER, call doctor whenever you want to. Happy is coming.

The best
Marla
