Heath Tracker problems????

Is anyone else having problems with Health Tracker on OH, I use it daily to track my calories, carbs and protein and its been really weird not adding thing up or my foods will disappear but the numbers are still there.... Very strange.
I am thinking I made need to use another site if things don't clear up soon any suggestions?

 i always save twice and refresh that usually makes it work

   I use Health Tracker every single day with out any problems at all. Nothing weird happens when I use Health Tracker.
