10 commandments from a vet - tips worth repeating myself now and then

The bra thing is where I need advice.  Down 95 pounds for over 2 years, & yes, those little babies sneak out anytime they can.  I need the padding (36B at best) but the push ups don't keep the "girls' in their place.  Is there such a thing as a padded/molded full coverage & yet still pretty bra?  Don't want a bra that looks like grandma's now that I feel so wonderful.  Help me out please.

Full coverage - functional, harnessing AND pretty?  I've not yet found this combination.  If you're down to 36B, then Lane Bryant no longer has anything for you.  Victoria's Secret has full-coverage bras that are almost as good.  Give up on push-ups, for they are designed to show the cleavage thus putting it in position for escape.  Your best bet is a pretty fabric on a bra that looks good from the outside.

Regarding number five, I am over a year out and have never stopped losing hair.  Recently, though, it has increased significantly, as when I was three months out.

I was starting to wonder if it is related to malnutrition.  I guess I will have my labs drawn again to find out.
