Anyone gain 30+ after surgery and then start over, and lose?

That's  me lol...  3.5 years out, I found myself 30lbs over what I got down to.  I've hit the right point, I'm motivated, I'm on day 14 of phase 1 (the first phase after surgery).  I lost 10lbs in the first 7 days and then bam, it's stopped.  I'm staying motivated and even though I am in phase 2, I continue the phase 1.  I thought maybe I could lose another 10lb lol  Anyway, anyone else do this?  How much did you lose and how long did it take to lose again?

For the past 14 days I've done 3 protien drinks a day, SF jello, SF pudding and broth.  Coffee free, carb free (except for what little bit is in what I'm eating), wine/alcohol free, soda free!

Also meant to say, I've lost ALL stomach issues with this!  No bloating, no gas, no nausea, no cramps, no diarreah or constipation!!!!  And I'm drinking 100+ oz a day.

A little bit of regain is normal, but while you may or may not re-lose all of what you gained, you're learning how to maintain control during your maintenance.  It's all a good thing.

Am 8 years out,  i know many people that regained, and many relost it again.   This happens to some, so keep on doing the right things, and you will get to your goal.

I gained about 22 pounds and lost all of it and a couple to go with it.  That was 18 months ago and I am maintaining nicely.  You can do it.

I'm struggling with the same thing. I'm 5 years out this month. (RNY) I've gained 20lbs over the last 18 months. Lost 105 lbs and my lowest was 155. I'm up to 175. I get 3 -5 lbs off and it comes right back. My family's had many unexpected life changes and I'm finding I'm snacking again out of stress. I want to get back to the basics, of protein drinks, broth, etc. After moving, I can't find my food logs of what I was eating in the beginning? Anyone know of a website or have the phase 1 and 2 diets? I'm starting to schedule exercise back into my plan also. I appreciate any advise.
