Gall bladder great, still having problems :(

As I've posted here lately, I've had BAD stomach problems.  During my meals and immediately after.  And when my stomach is empty, the hunger pains are intense!  I eat anything (good or bad, any amount) and get severe gas, bloating, the urge to burp but can't, pain in my stomach, etc.  It's all upper, nothing lower.  Saw my surgeon, he ordered an ultra sound of the gall bladder which was clear of stoned.  Yesterday, I had a HIDA scan that showed 76% (good).  So, I'm not sure where to go now but I'm still gaining, can't lose a single pound or inch, my clothes don't fit, I'm up 15lbs., up TONS of inches in my stomach :(  Miserable.  Not sure what to do now but I've lost all faith in my sleeve.  I'm getting atleast 50g of protien shakes a day, plus meals with protien (yogurts, meats, etc.).

Anyone in the same boat?  Just looking for a little reassurance.  I will say that I have felt wonderful after my sleeve up until the summer.  then I thought it was bad food choices so I made the change with that, even went on a few 'diets' and can't even lose! 

This time last year I had uncontrollable gnawing hunger all of the time even after a meal. My stomach hurt! bad and I would wake up in the middle of the night so hungry I would get up and eat sometimes. I had my gallbladder out a few years back so I ddin't think that was the problem. Well to make a long story short it was two ulcers at the anastamosis site in my pouch. They opened up and bleed one night and I was in the hospital for 3 days getting blood and iron transfusions.

I had RNY so I am not sure about the ulcer risk of a sleeve but it might be worth checking into.

I wake every single night and first thing in the morning STARVING.  I just thought it was me...  I have also had 2 iron infusions since the summer!  I am seeing my surgeon who is referring me to tests and what not, but I had an endoscopy done this time last year that reveled no issues.  I've passed every test, so I just feel like nothing will show and I'll live in misery forever :(

I'm also gaining weight with a good diet.  Can an ulcer make you gain weight?  What about bloating and bad indigestion feeling?  Like my food won't go down.  And the bloating makes my stomach swell and it's painful!
