I drink it all the time but the first month out it hurt my stomach sometimes. I found that if I added just a bit extra water, it wouldnt bother me.

I always add about 2 cups of water more than what they recommend for any of their flavours.  Otherwise I find that I react to the too strong flavour.

If you find that it gives you stomach pains...switch up what you drink.

How far out are you?  It could be it irritates you now but won't bother you in the future.  Maybe it's the acidity of the lemonade flavour?

CL and Wyler's pink lemonade are the only way I can drink water. I buy the stuff 5 or 6 boxes at a time. I have been using it since surgery with no problems. I can't stand the other flavors (except the regular lemonade, but PL in my preference).

I'm in the 6 month supervised diet right now and although I kicked caffeine to the curb almost 3 months ago, I hadn't kicked soda until last week and it's actually all because I've been drinking the CL Pink Lemonade CONSTANTLY!! It's an amazing thing lol! I haven't had any problems thus far, but I can see where it would irritate someone post-op or someone that has GERD since it does seem to be acidic!

Did you have bypass.  Didn't the soda bother your pouch

My husband LIVES on Country Time lemonade (sugar is not an issue for him) and has most of this year. (he's 27 months out from the DS and been at goal for awhile).

I make my own since I don't care for the Crystal Light and sugar IS an issue for me. I just use lemon juice and splenda and make it to suit me.

You might also try the Mio liquid flavorings to see if those bother you.

I drink the Crystal Light Raspberry lemonade by the gallon, it is very tasty and always on hand.
