OT- Vasectomy Reversal

My husband & I have been talking about a possible vasectomy reversal. We currently have 2 children ages 13 & 11, but I've always wanted more. Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this process & how did it work out for you? If you don't mind sharing. My husband had his vasectomy 11 years ago.

A lady at my church had 3 children, her husband had a vasectomy. 10 or so years later they too wanted more. They did a reversal and was previously in under a year. The son just went off to college last year and I am sure now it's even better odds. Do it. I had a hysterectomy last year due to a low uterus. I regret it. I wish we woulda pushed forward with my husband's vasectomy instead. We have 6 children. Good luck

When my son was young my ex husband got a vasectomy and when he remarried his wife wanted him to get it reversed, he was willing to do it until he heard the 5k price tag.  Needless to say it didn't happen, but I know other people who have had is successfully reversed.

Depends on how long it has been since the vasectomy....at least in most cases. My hubby had a reversal 2 years ago....it was 20 years out for him....no viable sperm. ;(

My brother-in-law had his reversed and my sister gave birth to 2 beautiful healthy children who are now 16 & 18.

my hubby had his reversed after about 3 years, no problem.  We had our daughter 6 years ago and he has been 'snipped' again.
