Well, it is done! I am in my room. Doc fixed hiatal hernia that I didn't know I had. Pretty substantial pain, but happy to be where I am.

Hey, would it sound ridiculous if I said I didn't know? The only details I have are that it needed to be repaired, that the doc pulled my stomach down through, and he needed to anchor it/close the hole in the diaphragm. I really do think that this is causing the worst part of my pain and was responsible for my shortness of breath this morning in the ER. If you have more details that could piece the story together, I'd love to hear them.
