Trying to stay positive

I'm just beginning the process(journey) of getting sleeved.  I've taken the first step and went for consult and nutrition.  However, despite knowing better days are ahead, I find myself feeling so defeated.   Nothing major has happened.  It's just me. I get so down on myself for needing to get sleeved  in the first place.  I keep looking at all the before and after pics which does help me to keep staying hopeful that one day I will be what I have longed for, skinny!  Just my little whining today.

I know exactly how you feel; I am having the same issues.  Keep thinking...'Have I really tried my hardest?'  Not so sure I have.  The doubts...ugh.

isn't it sad that even when we make strides to be more healthy, we feel like failures? being fat and the emotional baggage that comes with it sure does suck! just keep up with your appointments and requirements. better days are ahead.
