Only allowed 45 minutes with 30 on treadmill at 4.3 miled per hour speed and  15 minutes on the bike.

2 mile HIIT Run

5 flights of stairs

All before 8:00am

Probably will just rest tonight!

One hour of TRX and since we are expecting 8-12 inches of snow tonight, I'm guessing my workout tomorrow will be shoveling snow.
