I think that you should continue to post any and all threads that you enjoy.  If other people don't like them then they don't have to read them.  However, since you asked, I read A, B and C. My favorite is C, because I'm a beginner trying to get in shape pre-op, so it's the most relevant to me.  I don't read most of the recipes because I'm a vegetarian.  I don't read what's your workout today because my mobility issues mean most of those workouts don't apply.  I've seen some good stuff in the Q&A, but I think a lot of people post new threads rather than posting in your thread.  I read your threads on both the main and VSG forums because even though the opening post is the same there's sometimes good stuff in the replies.

I don't know if you are asking this due to your own wanting to 'wittle it down' because of time or something?  If that is not the case, then please continue on with all the above.  I'm willing to bet most of us need/enjoy/want more of these type postings from you and/or from anyone willing to take the time and initiative.  Please, continue on...if I had to choose because you are wanting to cut some out then I would think to keep A...C...D.
