Awesome Breakfast Cereal!!!!!!!!!!
I just found Post Carb Well Cinnamon Crunch cereal & it is awesome!

3/4 cup with 1/2 cup fat free milk:

14g total carbs
5g dietary fiber

4g other carbs

Very high protein & only 9g of net carbs!

Hey Kathy---my favorite part of a snack is putting cereal in to my yogurt. Yum!
Try this. It is the best.
I use the low carb cereals and the one they are talking about, although haven't found the cinnamon one yet, and also I tolerate Cheerios too.

(I use Ultra, for low carb, from Yoplait and then put in some cereal and eat with a spoon like it is cereal--I can't tolerate it if I do this with milk)
