I am currently reading The Emotional First Aid Kit: A Practical Guide to Life after Bariatric Surgery. I watched a few youtube videos and the guy recommended reading this book. So far, it is informative and talks a lot about the mental aspect of the surgery and maintaining the life change necessary to keep the weight off.
