Hello! I am trying to upload a picture for my avatar, however, I keep getting the error message that the file is too big. It happens with every picture I try. Does anyone have any tips on how I can get a picture uploaded?

I googled for a free picture resizer and then resized it the specs they wanted saved and used it. Hope that helps.

The image must be 100 x 100 pixels and the file size should be no larger than 20k. If you need additional help, email [email protected] and they will be glad to assist you.
