Twitching Nerves or body parts

Yesterday I noticed a Twitching of my legs and arms / hands ... anyone experience this and know why it is happening ?

Not sure, sorry. BUT... I would be getting labs to check my B12 level.

I have only taken on snort of the B12 the doctor gave me, thanks I will check into that also.

How long since you've had thorough labs (like 17+ vials drawn)?

Could be from deficiency.

before surgery, I think I will try that because this is friving me crazy... thanks for the words.
