I am a SADI DSer and I had a few early stalls and I agree with all the previous advice. Just keep working your diet and it will come off. Keep up with your water too - that's been big for me. Also if you are working out you might need to up your calories a bit - I have found if mine get too low my body will hold on to the weight. Don't go hog wild but that might help too. Good luck mama! I am down 176 lbs in 15 months and despite occassional stalls. The big picture is amazing even if some of the small pictures are rough along the way.
