New to OH Forum -help please

I've been reading discussions on this forum for months. Finally registered on the forum. Would appreciate any help to enter info. Re: appointment dates, surgery date, weight etc. thank you.

We have a help section with tutorials showing you how to navigate the site.  

HELP SECTION

We suggest you click your user name, settings and get everything set up there.  Then fill out your Health Tracker, (MY OH, Health Tracker) including creating your tickers.  Lastly, add your surgery information, (MY OH, Medical History).
