First off I would never take my pet to a kennel....second i would have to know the full story to see if it was neglect or maybe the dog was dying when he went in. The bashing is on the news, people saying he is not licensed to do what he does. Also, he has not lost his license(to my understanding)...he is just under investigation....Last, i said that i was not sure if it was the case that people cheated with there wls...i said it was a possiblity, it could be....they could have cheated and caused damage beyond repair if you know what i mean....Again I AM NOT SAYING THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED! I am simply giving a possible explaination....

So getting sued over 2 dozen times is normal? Some deaths are not preventable...we all know that. But when a surgeon fails to act in a timely manner when one of his patients is having a problem and then dies because of the lack of timely intervention, that is negligence. Surgeons are human...and as such can make mistakes...even the best...what counts is what they do and how fast they do it to correct problems. Apparently in one case where he used mesh to close one of the incisions, nurses documented unusual amounts of drainage for over 2 weeks...when he finally saw the patient, he found FOOD behind the mesh...then, incredibly enough, it took him a week to DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. That's horrifying. He also failed to document the infection for the first week after being diagnosed. According to Sanderfer's own attorney, he is unable to maintain malpractice insurance at this point...why? because he's been sued so much so no insurance company will touch him. Nancy 394/270/180
