3 months post gastric bypass

We had our surgery about the same time.  I had mine on 12/12/15 and I am right there with ya.

I have lost 58 lbs to date.  We must be about the same height because my goal weight is around 150 lbs also.  It sure makes me feel good to hear from someone else who had surgery around the same time just to see if everything is going as planned.  Thank you for the post!  Good luck on your journey to good health!!

Thanks for your post. I'm down 63 lbs as of this am. I'm 5"3, my weight 1 yr ago was 380. Before starting optifast I was 374, day of surgery, 358, and almost 4 months post surg 317.5. 

It has certainly been a big learning curve.
