I am a little bit over one year out from having RNY. I was told that this is the "maintenance stage".
Is one year maintenance stage? Someone had said that you may never lose anymore weight!

Hello Everyone,
I am happy to say...finally, that I am 100 pounds lighter! I had surgery in December of 2014.
I started at 290 lbs, 268, the day of surgery and currently weight 168!

So, I struggle with constipation allllllll the time. I am sorry, but it is the truth. I tried adding a bunch of greens to my diet, trying to aid in the process the natural way, but that isn't working.

I had RNY in Dec. of 2014. I am down 90 lbs. Prior to my surgery, I had a bad habit of snacking after the kids went to sleep. I am finding that this habit is trying to sneak it's way back into my life.

Just curious...I am 7 months out from having RNY and I have a question about crackers and cheese.
I have read a lot of posts on how RNY patients didn't eat anything off the "plan" until they met goal.
